We offer FREE SHIPPING on all ground delivery orders, within the United States of America!
All orders will be shipped out 2-3 business days from when the order was placed.
Please double check all your personal shipping information prior to completing your order, as The Sequined Magnolia is not responsible for any lost packages due to this error.
Transit times may vary based upon the shipping address.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The Sequined Magnolia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by USPS. Packages $50 and under are insured through USPS and claims can be filed through their website at the following link: USPS Claims Help
Sales tax will be collected for all orders placed/shipped within the state of Florida.
Returned items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 20 days of your purchase. All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of purchase. Items postmarked after this date will not be accepted.
We accept merchandise that has been unwashed/unworn/unaltered merchandise that is in the same condition as when it arrived. Original tags must not have been detached. Proof of original purchase is required.
Clients will receive store credit for the returned/exchanged merchandise and are responsible for the shipping costs (unless there was an error in the processing of the original order, i.e. the incorrect size was shipped).
